The Fall River Housing Authority is scheduled to hold a meeting on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
The meeting will take place at the James A. O’Brien Sr. Apartments Community Hall, located at 34 Whipple St. Attendees are asked to use the Second Street entrance.
The session is scheduled to run until 8:30 p.m., though official notices indicate that meeting end times are subject to change.

- Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on August 10, 2026 — The board will review and consider accepting the minutes from the August 10, 2026 regular meeting.
- Bills and Communications – Vouchers — The board will review and consider accepting the authority’s vouchers.
- Management Reports — The board will review monthly management reports covering applications, occupancy, accounts receivable, work orders, Section 8 vouchers, personnel, modernization, and bank balances.
- Monthly Financial Reports (July 2026) — The board will review and consider approving the monthly financial reports for July 2026.
- Update from Executive Director — The Executive Director will provide an informational update to the board.
- Contract Award for Security Camera Installation Project at Maple Gardens-200-2 — The board will consider awarding a $460,000.00 contract to low bidder American Electrical Construction, Inc. for a security camera installation project.
- Certificate of Completion-Consolidated for Smoke Detectors Project at Father Diaferio Village-MA 6-3 — The board will consider approving the certificate of completion for smoke detector replacement and addition work completed by M-V Electrical Contractors, Inc. for $218,865.00.
- Procurement of Electrical Inventory Supplies — The board will consider awarding a six-month contract not to exceed $50,000.00 to lone bidder Electrical Wholesalers, Inc.
- Procurement of Plumbing Supplies — The board will consider awarding six-month plumbing supply contracts not to exceed $50,000.00 each to Winsupply of Fall River, Plumbers Supply Co., Supply New England, Seekonk Supply, Inc., and Republic Plumbing Supply.
