The Fall River Planning Board will hold a meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8.

- 01. ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION – SPRING STREET — The board will consider the Roadway Reconstruction Plan and Profile of Spring Street under Section 66-185 of the City Ordinance, a petition previously tabled at earlier meetings.
- 1. CITATION: Presentation of a Citation in Recongnition of Service to the Fall River Planning Board– Mr. Mario Luciola — The board will present a citation to Mr. Mario Luciola in recognition of his service to the Fall River Planning Board.
- 2. FORM-A Application for Endorsement of Plan Believed Not to Require Approval (ANR Plan of Land) — The board will review a Form-A application (File No. 26-1682) from Resendes Residential LLC for a plan believed not to require approval, concerning property at 200 Highcrest Road.
- 3. Approval of Minutes: May 13, 2026, and June 10, 2026, Meeting — The board will approve the minutes from the meetings held on May 13, 2026, and June 10, 2026.
- 4. Citizens’ Input: 3 minutes per citizen — Citizens will have an opportunity to provide input, with each person allotted 3 minutes.
- 5. Adjournment — The board will conclude the meeting.
