A resident on Monday reported a large depression in the road near Orchard Street, noting that it creates hazardous conditions.
According to the report, the low area in the pavement causes large puddles to form after it rains. The resident also stated that the pooled water ices over during the winter months. The person who filed the report requested that the area be filled.
