The Fall River Conservation Commission is scheduled to hold a public meeting on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, starting at 5:30 p.m.
The meeting will take place in the First Floor Hearing Room at Government Center, located at One Government Center in Fall River. The session is scheduled to run until 9:30 p.m., though final adjournment times are subject to change.

- 02. Review and discussion of adopting fee structure — The Commission will review and discuss adopting a new fee structure.

- 04. Notice of Intent: SE-24-855 (New St.) — Weaver’s Cove Industrial Park LLC proposes after-the-fact restoration of areas cleared of vegetation on New Street.
- 05. Notice of Intent: SE-24-857 (994 Jefferson St.) — Liberty Utilities proposes installing 222 feet 5 inches of gas pipe via horizontal directional drilling, including entry and exit pits, at 994 Jefferson Street.
- 06. Notice of Intent: SE-24-861 (Existing Overhead Transmission Line ROW) — National Grid proposes separating existing N12 and M13 transmission lines onto paired monopole structures within an existing right-of-way from Sykes Rd. Substation to the Somerset/Fall River municipal boundary over the Taunton River.
- 07. Notice of Intent: SE-24-875 (Shaw St.) — McAllister Towing and Transportation Company, Inc. proposes bulkhead and pier repairs, site elevation, fender and bollard installations, dredging, and utility improvements for cold-ironing at Shaw Street.
- 08. Request for Certificate of Compliance: SE-24-207 (4041 North Main St.) — James Vaillancourt is requesting a Certificate of Compliance for work at 4041 North Main Street.
- 1. Approval of Minutes: August 3, 2026, meeting — The Commission will review and vote on approving the meeting minutes from August 3, 2026.
- 2. Public Input: 3 minutes per citizen — Members of the public will have the opportunity to speak to the Commission for up to three minutes each.
