A resident has submitted a service request detailing needed maintenance at a playground near Locust Street in Fall River.
According to the report filed the afternoon of Sept. 5, the playground requires refreshed mulch and paint. The submission noted marker markings and white paint on benches and ladders, peeling metal, outdated swings, and a plastic slide that is stained and worn down.
The submission is part of a rising number of miscellaneous service requests in the city this week. The category logged three reports this week after recording none the prior week, accounting for three of the five total municipal service reports recorded across all categories.
