The Fall River Tax Increment Financing Board will hold an official meeting on Aug. 25, 2026, at 8 a.m.
The board will convene in the City Council Hearing Room, located on the first floor of One Government Center. The session is scheduled to run until 12 p.m., though officials noted the end time is subject to change.
On the agenda
- Reading of Open Meeting Law Recording Advisory — The board will read an advisory notice regarding the recording of the meeting in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
- Roll Call of Members — The board will take attendance to see which members are present at the meeting.
- Citizens Input — An opportunity for members of the public to address the board on relevant issues.
- Approval of Minutes of June 12, 2026 Meeting — The board will review and vote to approve the written record of their previous meeting held on June 12, 2026.
- OML Complaint – Collin Dias — The board will discuss an Open Meeting Law complaint filed by Collin Dias.
- All Other Relevant Matters (Not Known 48 Hours in Advance) — The board may discuss unexpected issues that arose less than 48 hours before the meeting.
