The Fall River Tax Increment Financing Board will meet at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026.
The meeting will take place in the City Council Hearing Room on the first floor of Government Center, located at One Government Center in Fall River.
The session is scheduled to run through noon, though the meeting end time is subject to change.

- Tax Increment Exemption (TIE) Agreement Request – Charlton Mill Lofts, LLC — The board will consider a Tax Increment Exemption agreement request from Charlton Mill Lofts, LLC for property located at 109 Howe Street (Parcel ID B20-0001).
