The Fall River Public Schools Policy Subcommittee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2026, at 6 p.m.
The session will take place in the School Committee Conference Room at the Fall River School Committee Administration Building, located at 417 Rock St.
The meeting is scheduled to run until 10 p.m., though the end time is subject to change.

- Citizens’ Input — An opportunity for members of the public to offer comments and share ideas with the committee on topics that are not limited to the agenda.
- Discussion and Vote to Refer: PROTECT ACT POLICY — The subcommittee will discuss and consider voting to refer a policy regarding the PROTECT Act.
- Discussion: MASC UPDATE — The subcommittee will review and discuss updates from the Massachusetts Association of School Committees (MASC).
- Discussion: BULLYING PLAN UPDATE — The subcommittee will discuss updates to the district’s bullying plan.
- Discussion: CASH HANDING AND ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES — The subcommittee will discuss procedures concerning cash handling and accounting.
- Discussion and Vote to Refer: SUPERINTENDENT – SCHOOL COMMITTEE COMMUNICATIONS POLICY — The subcommittee will discuss and consider voting to refer a policy covering communications between the Superintendent and the School Committee.
- Discussion and Vote to Refer : WORK FROM HOME POLICY — The subcommittee will discuss and consider voting to refer a work from home policy.
- New Business — An agenda section reserved for any new business matters that may arise.
