A report of illegal dumping near Hargraves Street was submitted to the city on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 12:20 p.m.
The report noted trash dumped in the area and suggested checking a nearby street corner camera to identify who left the debris.
The submission marks the first illegal dumping report filed this week, matching the single report logged during the prior week.
