The Fall River Conservation Commission held a brief regular meeting on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 1 Government Center. Present were Commission members Luis Ferreira, John Brandt, James Cusick, and Drew Carline, with Christopher Boyle and Timothy McCoy noted absent. Recording Secretary Patti Aguiar was also present.
Due to a lack of updates, the Commission reviewed multiple old business and Notice of Intent items to update their status. The Commission voted to table items 1 through 7, including tree planting updates on Bell Rock Road, discussions regarding fee structures and enforcement orders, and Notice of Intent filings for Weaver Cove Industrial Park LLC (SE-24-855), Liberty Utilities (SE-24-857), National Grid (SE-24-861), and McAllister Towing and Transportation (SE-24-875). Additionally, the Commission voted to remove from the agenda a Request for Certificate of Compliance (SE-24-207) for 4041 North Main Street until the original documents can be located.
To conclude the meeting, the Commission voted unanimously to approve the meeting minutes from August 3, 2026. With no citizen input submitted, the meeting was adjourned.
