The Fall River Planning Board is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
The meeting will take place in the City Council Hearing Room on the first floor of One Government Center in Fall River. Proceedings are scheduled to run until 9:30 p.m., though the closing time is subject to change depending on board business.

- Roadway Reconstruction – Spring Street — The Board will consider the Roadway Reconstruction Plan and Profile for Spring Street pursuant to Section 66-185 of the City Ordinance.
- Roadway Reconstruction – Vacant Wooded Lots off Bark Street, Norwood Street, and Monarch Street — The Board will consider a roadway reconstruction application for vacant wooded lots located off Bark Street, Norwood Street, and Monarch Street under Section 66-185 of the City Ordinance.
- King Philip Estates Subdivision (Princeton Circle) – Request to release lots 1 through 14 — The Board will review a request to release lots 1 through 14 in exchange for a Letter of Credit from BayCoast Bank.
- Highland Woods Subdivision – Request a full release of the posted surety — The Board will consider a request for a full release of the posted surety and the return of the original Letter of Credit held by the City.
- FORM-A Application for Endorsement of Plan Believed Not to Require Approval (ANR Plan of Land) – File No. 26-1685 — The Board will review an ANR plan submitted by June Perry for property located at 311 Crescent Street (Assessors Map: Lot: T-07-0001).
- Proposed 2027 Planning Board Meeting Schedule — The Board will review and consider the proposed meeting dates for calendar year 2027.
- Approval of Minutes: August 12, 2026, Meeting — The Board will vote on whether to approve the meeting minutes from August 12, 2026.
- Citizens’ Input — Members of the public will have the opportunity to speak to the Board for up to 3 minutes per citizen.
