- Reading of the Open Meeting Law Statement — The commission will read the Open Meeting Law statement from the Open Meeting Law Guide.
- Roll-call — Attendance will be taken by Sandy Nadeau-Sousa, Senior Clerk for Health and Human Services.
- Public Input — Members of the public will have the opportunity to speak or provide comments to the commission.
- Approval of Minutes — The commission will review and vote to approve the minutes from the conference call meeting held on June 24, 2026.
- Election of Officers — The commission will hold elections for the positions of Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary.
- Work Group Updates — The commission will hear updates regarding ADA matters, policies, finance (including budget reports for June, July, and August 2026), outreach, and the website work group.
- Old Business — The commission will discuss any pending business matters from previous meetings.
- New Business: Updates and announcements from Commissioners — Commissioners will share updates and announcements, and note the next scheduled conference call meeting on October 14, 2026.
