Fall River Zoning Board to Meet July 16 on Revised Agenda

The Fall River Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, at One Government Center.

The meeting will take place in the First Floor Hearing Room. According to the city’s notice, a revised agenda has been issued for the proceedings.

Zoning boards typically hear appeals and petitions from property owners regarding variances and special permits for land use and construction. The meeting’s end time is subject to change.

  • 6. Applicant/Owner: Carlos Efrain Estrella and Carlos Tarquino Estrella — The applicant is seeking a Variance to construct a two-family dwelling on the property, waiving requirements related to lot area and lot coverage, and a Special Permit to waive parking aisle requirements.
  • 7. Applicant/Owner: Seth D. Elie and Lisa M. Elie — The applicant is requesting a Variance to construct an addition to an existing single-family dwelling with relief from side yard setback requirements.
  • 8. Applicant/Owner: 2573 South Main Street LLC & 2589 South Main Street LLC — The applicant is requesting an extension of six months for a previously granted Variance and Special Permit to allow additional time to exercise the relief.
